What are my delivery options?
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to allow enough time to get to the destination. In state we ship UPS ground. Out of state we ship UPS 2nd day air, unless the customer requests it shipped overnight. The overnight option is only allowed in certain areas.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the USA. We cannot ship out of the country.
How big are the hams?
Halves are 4-6 pounds and wholes are 10-12 pounds.
How many people will a ham feed?
Halves will feed about 5-10 people and wholes will feed 15-20
How long will they last?
With the vacuum seal intact they will last a month with proper refrigeration. Once the seal is broken a week to 10 days.
Can you freeze the ham?
We do not recommend it.
Does the customer need to cook the ham?
No they are ready to eat, fully cooked, if they want to reheat the ham the instructions are on the literature we send with the ham
Do we spiral slice hams?
No
Can we slice the ham?
Yes, for pick up only.
What does it cost to slice a ham?
$15 for a whole, $10 for a half.
Are the hams decorated?
Yes, with glaze, pineapple and cherry.
Can you order one without decoration?
Yes
Do you get a jar of glaze and season all when you order a ham?
No they are extra. Please refer to our "Shop Now" page for pricing.
Can you ship the extra glaze and season all with the ham?
Yes
Are sliced hams decorated?
Yes with pineapple and cherries, we do not glaze sliced hams.
Are the hams gluten free?
Our hams and glaze are gluten free, that said we do have a bakery in our store that uses gluten. The hams are processed in a different room and we do not believe that flour dust could get into the ham room but can't be 100% on that. If you have any reservations about having any gluten we suggest that you stay away from our ham because we cannot give you a 100% guarantee.
